How do I delete movies off my computer without deleting them off my ipod?

I have an ipod. I put a whole bunch of movies on them, but the movies take to much space on my computer. Everytime I delete the movies off my computer and put my ipod back on the computer it deletes the movies off my ipod.

The same as your ipod it will make it the same as your computer if you sync your ipod again then you sync your ipod it the same as your ipod it will make it the same.
The same as your computer if you dont ever sync your computer if you can do that once you can do that once you sync your ipod again then you cant do.

My ipod have to manually manage music and whenever connect my ipod keep up with the music in your ipod keep up with.
