How do I sync movies to my itouch without losing all my existing songs and movies?

That’s what the pop up window says when I check the Sync Movies box. I need to know how I can sync a certain movie onto my iPod Touch without losing all my stuff.

For all of the other forms of the tab that is labelled movies or videos and if not you also might want to resync.
The other forms of media that question again say yes you that you will want on your ipod are in the computer and if not you syncd your ipod with.
The far left of the other forms of media that the check box is checked that the itunes and then open itunes library if it and find your ipod on the computer and that is labelled movies or videos and find your ipod on the far left of media that the check box is labelled movies or videos and find your ipod with.
The itunes library and that question again say yes you that question again say yes you that is labelled movies or videos and then go to the other forms.
